Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unworn, unwashed items in their original packaging and attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

Drop Off & Refund

Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
